This is a flexibility and strength building session where we will use 15 pound kegs, go with the flow and groove to the music. You will be able to modify, but this session is an opportunity for you to show yourself what your truly made of!
This hoppy hour is only $15 and does include ANY one ice cold complimentary beer of choice!!! Sherri will lead the session and Amy is at your service. Join us every 2nd and 4th Thursday at 7pm!
