About the Event
• Candlelight: Light deprivation helps on your journey inward.
• Reiki infused sounds: Relax and release knowing that beautiful Reiki energy is surrounding you.
• Poetry/stories/quotes: As you go into each pose, you will be offered poetry to help your mind truly let go.
• Aromatherapy: Enjoy oils scents from our Naturally Naked Apothecary to balance and connect.
• Lymphatic and tension massage. Offer yourself some self-love guided massage for inner peace and loving touch.
• Acupressure: We use special props to liberate those areas that get forgotten about.
We will move through 5-7 asanas or poses throughout our entire practice. We will use pillows and props to bend our bodies. This is a session in stillness. This is the way you begin your weekend.
