• Candlelight: Light deprivation helps on your journey inward.
• Reiki infused sounds: Relax and release knowing that beautiful Reiki energy is surrounding you.
• Poetry/stories/quotes: As you go into each pose, you will be offered poetry to help your mind truly let go.
• Aromatherapy: Enjoy oils scents from our Naturally Naked Apothecary to balance and connect.
