Join Sherri Keenan (Reiki Master/Shaman) every Monday for Stretch and Restore Yoga with a Yoga Nidra. This class was created for optimal self-love and holistic wellness. This session is only $10 and is indoors. Space is limited.

About the Event
Come honor your body, mind and highest self. What can you expect when you attend this session:
•Vibratory infused sounds. Relax and release knowing that beautiful Reiki healing energy is surrounding you.
•Poetry/stories/quotes. As you go into each pose, you will be read a small bit of words to help your mind truly let go.
•Aromatherapy. Enjoy oils and scents from Wild Woods Naturally Naked to balance and connect.
•Lymphatic and tension massage. Offer yourself some self-love guided massage for inner peace.
•Acupressure. We use tennis balls to liberate that wonderful neck that gets forgotten about.
