Chakra Yin Yoga with Ayurvedic Tea

Each week we will practice a series of Yin asanas that correlate with your Chakra system, beginning at our base. We will balance all seven chakras together to conclude this series and enjoy an auric cleanse.

About the Event
Don’t worry if you miss a week, we will always begin again! Class ends with a brief meditation for the specified chakra that week. You will also receive a delicious cup of Ayurvedic tea that honors that chakra. You will have the opportunity to add CBD, kava or kratom for an additional cost. This series is $15 per session (although no one is turned away, pm me) and does include one cup of correlating tea.
