About the Event
The meditation and sound healing session utilizes quartz crystal bowls that are tuned to the body's chakras and emit sound vibration tunes that not only offer a relaxing sound journey, but also have multiple healing properties.
As our brain is so over stimulated and saturated, the crystal bowl sounds are a way to help quiet the mind. The vibration of the bowls can help you bring yourself into an incredible state of serenity cultivating inner peace. From this point, one can explore deeper states of relaxation, meditation, emotional release and self-generate healing occurs.
The meditation usually lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour. Consider bringing a mat so that you can experience the meditation in a lying position. Delicious teas/coffees are available at Zen City and are encouraged to assist with the relaxation process.
