Gathering in the Garden with Stefani Licata

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Stefani Licata’s musical journey began during her freshman year of college where she first picked up a guitar. Although her major was in Geology and Natural Science, she took a music theory class and began studying classical guitar as well. It was this time when Stefani realized her love for classical guitar and rigorously taught herself while continuing to work on her degree. After relocating to Florida and graduating from USF, Stefani began playing classical guitar for various events such as: weddings, dinner parties, coffee houses, and restaurants. Years later, as a professor in the allied health field, Stefani continues to make time to share her passion for classical and fingerstyle guitar.
