About the Event
We learn how to talk to and treat each other in a loving way. We learn to practice things like compassion, empathy, peace and mindfulness. We also talk about the other emotions. We learn to safely talk about anger and frustration. We are all of these feelings. We learn how to listen and how to be heard. We learn about setting boundaries and respecting other's. More than that, we play! We learn all of these things while creating a magical world of imagination and dancing. We move our bodies and we meditate!! We color and create the topic on paper and while enjoying a health snack! We are so excited to bring you this silly session. All kiddos welcome (3+). $12 Drop-In and Mini Multi Pass...
