Intuitive Art Class: Painting Your Aura

This session focuses on the moment and on the idea of reaching within yourself in a more honest and intimate way. You will be able to explore colors and shapes and go deeper into your imagination. We will start with going through how to use color and different techniques with paint and different strokes with your tools. Our warm up will begin with deep cleansing breaths, centering ourselves and setting our intention in what we want to achieve during this class. You will explore the colors of your own personal aura and portray it onto the canvas along with beautiful classical music. This gentle music will allow you to relax and become completely present so you can achieve a peace that is unique to you. The aim of this class will allow you to dig deeper into yourself and INNERstand different meanings of the shapes and color of YOUr art.

Let your intuition flow and be free of any blockages. This class will help you to build confidence as you will become more aware of your surroundings. This practice will aid to calm the mind, and you will become more aware of your feelings.
