This class is a gas! Join Sherri every week for an opportunity to connect to your inner child. We will create in wonder and joy using our intuition. This session focuses on the moment and on the idea of reaching within yourself in a more honest and intimate way.

About the Event
Our warm up will begin with deep cleansing breaths, centering ourselves and setting our intention in what we want to achieve during this class.
Let your intuition flow and be free of any blockages. This class will help you to build confidence as you will become more aware of your surroundings. This practice will aid to calm the mind and let go! Add in a little Laughter Yoga and we make magic happen. There's no need for judgement here, Every Body is an artist. All Ages are welcome. This class is $17 and includes all materials. You can even add a tea for $3.
