Sherri offers Reiki energy while guiding you through gentle, restorative poses with pillows, props and blankets, while Jennifer weaves in Reiki healing with frequency and vibration to heal your body, mind and soul, assisting in returning you to your natural state of homeostasis.

Having a sound healing session with Alchemy Crystal® singing bowls is like receiving a massage for your body, mind and soul! Quartz crystal singing bowls are traditionally white frosted bowls.

The Alchemy bowls that Jennifer works with are made of pure quartz crystals that have been infused with a wide variety of different gemstones, crystals, minerals, and precious metals (Eg. Smokey Quartz, Rhodochrosite, Tiger's Eye, Platinum, Kyanite etc.) hence the “alchemy”. Each bowl has a variety of effects that interact which each other in ever expanding alchemies; clearing, activating, restructuring, rebalancing and healing.

The Alchemy bowls are lighter and more exquisite than the white classic frosted crystal singing bowls. The Alchemy bowls emit a pure, cosmic sound that expands into a multitude of vibrant overtones.
