About the Event
Sherri will begin by offering a delightful Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. During this Nidra, Sherri will guide you on a lower world journey. In the Lower World we have the opportunity to meet our Spirit Guides and our Sacred Spirit Animals. These beings will support you on your journey and your path as you walk guided in every direction. There will be candlelight, Reiki, drumming, aromatherapy, acupressure, sacred herbs, introspection and more!!!
This session is a suggested $15 cash or love donation, but no one will be turned away. This event is for EVERY BODY. Please remember, space is limited.
What you'll need...
• a yoga mat (towels and blankets also work, whatever makes you comfortable)
• blanket (optional, you will cool down 10-15 degrees)
• eye pillow (optional, but bringing something to darken your eyes is recommended).
