About the Event
Join Sherri Keenan at 2pm for a new monthly 2nd Saturday Shamanic Series at the Quantum Healing Sanctuary and R3 Miracles. This month, we lift off to the Lower World!
Sherri will begin by offering a delightful Yoga Nidra. During this Yogic Sleep, Sherri will guide you to the Lower World. In the Lower World we have the opportunity to meet our Spirit Guides and our Sacred Spirit Animals. These beings will support you on your all journeys and will enighten your path as you walk guided in every direction.
This first in our series session is a suggested love donation of $22. This event is for EVERY BODY. Please remember, space is limited. You must book by noon the day of to secure your spot.
What you'll need:
• a yoga mat (towels and blankets also work, whatever makes you comfortable
• blanket (optional, you will cool down 10-15 degrees)
• eye pillow (optional, but bringing something to darken your eyes is recommended).
• journal and pen (we will be writing ourselves a letter for what we are choosing to manifest, as well as, taking some time at the end of our session to write down what happened during our experience)
