Shamanic Upper World Journey & Sacred Cacao Ceremony

Join Sherri Keenan (Yogi/Reiki Master/Shaman) for a Shamanic Upper World Journey!

Sherri will begin by offering a delightful Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. During this Nidra, Sherri will guide you on an upper world journey. There is an invisible reality beyond the physical world that is accessible through shamanic journeying. This is the world of gods, cosmic beings, spirit guides and elders. In travelling to the upper world, we travel upwards to find your teachers and your guides. These beings will support you on your journey and your path as you walk guided in every direction. There will be candlelight, Reiki, drumming, aromatherapy, sacred herbs, introspection and more!!!

This session is a suggested $22 cash or love donation, but no one will be turned away. This event is for EVERY BODY. Pre-registration is required. Please remember, space is limited.

What you'll need... • a yoga mat (towels and blankets also work, whatever makes you comfortable) • blanket (optional, you will cool down 10-15 degrees) • eye pillow (optional, but bringing something to darken your eyes is recommended). • journal and pen (we will be writing ourselves a letter for what we are choosing to manifest, as well as, taking some time at the end of our session to write down what happened during our experience).

We will have all of these items on hand incase anything is forgotten.

Cacao will be available for a truly heart opening session.
