Sunset Sup and Floating Nidra Tarpon Tour

Experience the magic of the sunset from a whole new perspective with our guided Sunset SUP Tarpon tour and floating Yoga Nidra.

As you embark on your paddleboard adventure from Craid Park, you'll feel the gentle rhythm of the waves beneath you, and the warmth of the sun on your skin. Our experienced SUP Guide, Jim of Upper Tampa Bay Paddle Sports will lead you through the tranquil waters, as Sherri discusses the hidden gems and tales of Tarpon Springs.

As the sun begins to dip below the horizon, we'll find a calm spot to anchor our boards and settle into a floating Yoga Nidra meditation. Surrounded by the stillness of the water and the breathtaking beauty of the sunset, you'll let go of all the stresses and worries of the day, and sink into a deep state of relaxation and mindfulness.

Guided by Sherri, you'll dive deep into relaxation, allowing it to bring you into a state of deep inner peace and tranquility. You'll feel the gentle rocking of the water beneath you, and the soft glow of the setting sun on your face, as you connect with the beauty of the natural world around you.

As we slowly paddle back to shore, you'll feel a sense of inner calm and rejuvenation, ready to take on whatever the world may bring. Whether you're a seasoned paddleboarder or a beginner, our sunset paddleboard tour with a floating Nidra is the perfect way to nourish your body, mind, and spirit, and create unforgettable memories. 

This session launces at 6:30pm sharp is $30/$20 if you have your own board. Board rental is $15. $5 will go to Jim in gratitude for his time for those with a board. Love donations are also welcome.

Additionally,  if you are wanting a lesson, Jim will offer that one hour prior to each event lasting 45 minutes. You would need let us know in advance if you are wanting a lesson. This option would begin ar 5:30 pm and is an additional $15.
