10-11 am: We will Om in and enjoy a lovely Gentle Yoga session with Alicia Martinez.
11:30-12 pm: You will be guided in a Yogic Sleep or Yoga Nidra Meditation with Sherri Keenan. Join Sherri every third Saturday for Restorative Yoga with this yummy Yoga Nidra meditation.
12:30-1:30 pm: You will love this Sacred Song Circle with Sophia Thomson. You will discuss Mantra and Medicine Music and the impact sound has on our lives. You will also create a group mantra you can take with you everywhere you go.
2-3 pm: The Alchemy Crystal Sonic Sound Bowls with Jennifer McClure is a favorite at Zen. Immerse yourself in harmonious healing. Come... restore, relax and rejuvenate. Join Jennifer every first Saturday of the month.
